SponsorWell is operated by SHIP IT Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Email address and name when you sign in or are invited to a workspace.
- Organization and program data. Information tenant administrators enter about their organization, programs, sponsorship tiers, and sponsor contacts.
- Sponsor relationship data. Contact details, pledge and payment metadata, and communication history entered by or about sponsors.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe; SponsorWell stores identifiers and status metadata, never full card numbers.
- Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the SponsorWell platform.
- To send transactional email such as magic links, receipts, and notifications.
- To help tenant organizations manage their sponsor relationships.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), with the tenant organization that manages your workspace, and when required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain data while an account or tenant is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. See our Security Standards page for the safeguards we apply.
Your choices
Workspace members can update their profile information in the app. To request export or deletion of personal data, contact the tenant organization that manages your workspace, or email us directly.
