These Terms of Service govern use of SponsorWell, operated by SHIP IT Inc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

SponsorWell is a sponsorship relationship management platform. Tenant organizations use it to manage sponsorship tiers, sponsor outreach, payments, fulfillment, and reporting. Sponsorship acknowledgments are managed by each tenant organization, not by SponsorWell.

Accounts

• Access is granted by invitation from a tenant organization or by platform signup.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
• Tenant administrators manage membership, roles, and content within their workspace.

Payments and billing

• Platform subscription billing is processed by Stripe under the pricing plan selected at signup or agreed separately.
• Sponsorship payments initiated through the platform are processed by the connected Stripe account of the tenant organization receiving them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with data belonging to other tenants.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SponsorWell does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice; the parties to a sponsorship determine its tax treatment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHIP IT Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice posted on this page; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
